Get to know me
Over the past 10 years I've led end-to-end product design across a variety of industries, like health, energy, retail, automotive, and telecoms. I've delivered high-impact work for leading global brands and early-stage startups alike, and adapted quickly to new domains and challenges.
With a degree in Graphic & Communication Design from Leeds University, I spent time earlier in my career in digital content, media, and marketing, before feeling a strong pull back to creating. What I love about UX is fundamentally what it's always been about - problem solving. Understanding what people actually need, and designing something that genuinely works for them.
I'm excited to bring that curiosity somewhere new, so I am currently open to permanent and freelance opportunities.
Free time is rare, but when I get it I try to make it count! I'm usually outdoors or staying active. I've recently got into kickboxing, which I love π₯
I like trying to learn something new, whether that's a craft or a recipe. I've been baking a lot lately and I'm pretty proud of my Bavarian pretzel π₯¨
I also speak a pretty good level of German now, after about a decade of learning, which comes in handy when I'm in the Alps, one of my favourite places in the world ποΈ
Family is a big part of my life, and we spend time exploring the River Thames beauty spots on weekends near our hometown in Berkshire. πΏ

Experience
Designing the core product and user experience for a pre-seed healthcare startup on a fractional basis, providing part-time, hands-on support in the early stages.
Collaborated closely with the UX Director on UX content strategy for major adidas campaigns including Stella McCartney and a new inclusive sports bra line, while working alongside Clubhouse's creative team to assemble campaign asset packs to present back to the adidas teams.
Delivered UX and UI designs for Browns' website and mobile app, enhancing user journeys for luxury retail customers based on real feedback and analytics insights.
Lead UX for the multi-channel team delivering best-in-class user experiences for the website, notably a redesign of all legacy content into a new mobile-first responsive design following accessibility standards. This included all the self-service pages, help content, and a new store locator.
Managed relationships with large content partners, media and creative agencies to build unique digital content, driving brand engagement and awareness for new product launches and campaigns on the global website.
